From its office in Sentul, All Travel is the travel agency Kuala Lumpur organisations plan with, covering domestic destinations and overseas travel. Malaysian companies work with All Travel as a travel planner in Malaysia for customised group itineraries and as a business travel company in Malaysia for corporate trips, incentive travel and group itineraries. How far ahead should a group trip be planned?
Plan a minimum of three to six months ahead. That lead time is what protects both the cost and the availability of the slot you want, because group flights and accommodation blocks have to be held before rates move.
June, July and August are not peak months for Malaysian groups. They fall in the northern summer, so the issue there is heat rather than crowding. What does drive cost up is travelling on or immediately around a Malaysian public holiday, so it is worth checking your intended dates against the calendar at the very start of planning.
